The Board of Directors shall pursue such policies and principles as shall be in accordance with the provisions of the by-laws, Grace Garden policy and program guidelines, the statutes of the state of Texas, and the policies and practices of the United Methodist religious denomination, as set forth in the Book of Discipline. The Board will have at least 5, but no more than 9 voting members.
